Making sure that teachers take attendance in a timely manner is an important part in maintaining the integrity and completeness of attendance data. In Infinite Campus, there is a simple screen that will help admins stay on top of this process in an easy to view real-time report.
To view the Teachers that have or have not taken attendance navigate to Attendance > Classroom Monitor
Here you will find the list of teachers and sections in a grid along with the section number and number of students:
You can decode the colors of the sections as follows:
- Green = Teachers have taken attendance. No further action is needed.
- Red = Teachers have not taken attendance. If they should have taken attendance by the time in the day when the report was run, follow up with them to complete attendance!
