New York State Reporting: Assessment ACC MOD Fact Extract (SFTP)

The Assessment ACC MOD Fact extracts contains data related to students’ assessment accommodations and modifications.

The following fields are included on this extract:

  • District Code
    • District Office > District (Setup) > District Information
    • Field name: [Pref]NY_BEDS_CODE, [S_NY_SCH_X]DistrictLocationCode
    • Note: Charter and Nonpublic schools enter District Code after select the checkbox with the label “Select for charter and nonpublic schools, State agencies, State-operated schools, and child care institutions with schools.”
  • Test Description
    • School Site > Student Selection > State/Province – NY > Assessment Fact
    • Field name: [S_NY_STU_Assessments_C]TestDescription
  • Assessment School Year Date
    • School Site > Student Selection > State/Province – NY > Assessment Fact
    • Field name: None (defaults to June 30th of selected year)
  • SubTest Identifier
    • School Site > Student Selection > State/Province – NY > Assessment Fact
    • Field name: [S_NY_STU_Assessments_C] ItemDescription
  • Test Date
    • School Site > Student Selection > State/Province – NY > Assessment Fact
    • Field name: [S_NY_STU_Assessments_C] DateOfAdministration
  • Student ID
    • School Site Start Page > Student Selection > State/Province – NY > Demographics
    • Field Name: [Students]Student_Number
  • School Year Date
    • Field Name: None (defaults to June 30th of selected year)
  • Accommodation Modification Code
    • School Site > Student Selection > State/Province – NY > Assessment Fact
    • Field name: [S_NY_STU_Assessments_C] TestModificationID
  • Acc Mod Type Code
    • Field name: None (defaults to ACC)
